Yearly Program

Players train an average of 33 hours per
week between (33 to 38). They train every day except on Sundays, they also have
specific resting days personalized according to their planning: tournaments
and/or specific preparations. Our training is START IN MORNING 9.00 AM TO 2.30
pm. 2.30 hrs of tennis and 2 hrs of fitness sessions.

The training schedule varies depending on
the season in which the player arrives, but the day is always divided into two
training sessions, as said earlier.

The training plan is developed by our team
of coaches, physical trainers, physiotherapists, psychologists, and doctors,
all of whom are certified by the most prestigious organizations in the world
and have extensive experience. The team works under the direction of Hemant
Bendery. He said coaches, along with part of our staff, live on the premises of
the academy. This setting contributes to create what’s most important to this
academy: the family atmosphere.

The academy adapts programs to the needs of each and every one by offering the preferred training plan. This training plan is the one followed by top players such as Carlos Alcaraz and Pablo Carreño and includes the Play sight technology system (maybe put the link on Play sight for a more detailed description of the technology or their website) the most innovative and comprehensive on-court training tool available at all the Grand Slam events: game analysis, goal-oriented training, rankings, etc.
